PODCASTS
(COMING MAY 2008)

The American Law Journal
is the weekly, award-winning legal talk/feature show on the law. Now in its eighteenth season, it airs Mondays  at 8 PM on WFMZ-TV in the Philadelphia market. It also broadcasts seasonally on CN8, The Comcast Network.  The program accesses 12 million homes in ten Mid-Atlantic and New England states.

A mix of Constitutional, Consumer and Business Law, Naughton brings prominent attorneys, judges, law school professors, legal experts and elected officials into an adversarial yet collegial atmosphere. The program is produced at WFMZ–TV’s studios and shot at diverse on-location settings such as The National Constitution Center, The Union League and Temple University School of Law.

Features include real-life legal arguments and editorials in “The High Court,” “You Decide” debates and “Perspectives.”  Some of these are produced in conjunction with The Legal Intelligencer, American Lawyer Media and the Philadelphia Bar Association.  For those associated with the legal profession, The American Law Journal is key to marketing, advertising and business development.

A. Michael Pratt,
the 2008 Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor, discusses what students should be looking for in a law firm as they venture out of law school.
