Mr. DeMarco graduated from Dickinson College Cum Laude in 1990 and was the recipient of the Charles Mortimer Griffith Award. He then graduated from Villanova School of Law in 1993. He then immediately joined DeMarco & DeMarco as an associate to work under the tutelage of his father James J. DeMarco, Sr. Larry has experienced a very successful career in law. He earned an LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University in 2003. Larry focuses on civil remedies for domestic violence and sexual abuse, along with general negligence, workers' compensation, social security and other areas of civil law. Larry is an active member of several legal associations including: American Trial Lawyers Association, Justinian Society, Lawyer's Society of Philadelphia, Order Sons of Italy in America, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Young America Political Action Committee.

Frank P. Cervone, Esq., SUPPORT CENTER FOR CHILD ADVOCATES
Frank P. Cervone, Esq. is the Executive Director of the Support Center for Child Advocates, the lawyer's pro bono program for abused and neglected children in Philadelphia, PA. In this capacity, he provides both direct representation to child clients and a variety of systemic reform, leadership and community education services. Prior to his work as the Support Center, Mr. Cervone was a Staff Attorney at Delaware County Legal Assistance Association and Adjunct Clinical Professor at Villanova University School of Law, where he instructed law students in domestic abuse and child support litigation. He previously served as counsel for Saint Gabriel's System, an agency providing treatment services for juvenile offenders. He has served as co-chair of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation Task Force on Children (now the Children's Law Committee), member of the Governance Board of the ABA Center on Children and the Law and he is a member of the ABA Steering Committee on the Unmet Legal Needs of Children. Locally, he has been co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Committee on the Legal Rights of Children, member of the Board of Directors of the Children's Advocacy Center, and the Board of Advisors of Philadelphia CASA. On the state level, Mr. Cervone is on the Advisory Committee on Adoption Law for the Joint State Government Commission, and also helps to promote second-parent adoptions. He is also a mentor for a Philadelphia high school student in the Sponsor-a-Scholars Program of Philadelphia Futures.
