Dr. William E. Bailey is a Boston attorney and consultant specializing in insurance/financial services industry issues and litigation. He is Special Counsel to the Insurance Information Institute, a national trade association of the property/casualty industry, a post he has held since October 1986. He is a graduate of Harvard College (B.A., 1962), the Harvard Law School J.D. 1968) and the Union Graduate School (Ph.D., 1996). He was conferred the CPCU designation in October 1993. Since he joined the Insurance Information Institute in 1986, he has traveled all across the country representing the property/casualty industry on television', radio and in speeches and debates with a variety of industry critics, such as Ralph Nader, Atty. William Shernoff and former President of the National Insurance Consumer Robert Hunter. Bill is currently the Co-Director of the Coalition for Hurricane Preparedness and in May 1999 was appointed Director of the Tornado Insurance Information Center following the devastating Oklahoma City Tornado. Since his days with the Hurricane Insurance Information Center, he's hosted a consumer-focused talk radio program titled, "It's Your Money." His efforts on behalf of the insurance industry were recently recognized by the Insurance Marketing Communications Association. The IMCA presented Bailey its Golden Torch Award.

Bruce Neff, Esq., NEFF & ASSOCIATES
Mr. Neff started his own firm in 1979. The firm concentrated its practice on various types of civil cases, such as medical malpractice cases, motor vehicle cases, premises liability cases, and product liability cases.
