Bruce Neff, Esq., NEFF & ASSOCIATES
Mr. Neff started his own firm in 1979. The firm concentrated its practice on various types of civil cases, such as medical malpractice cases, motor vehicle cases, premises liability cases, and product liability cases. In the prosecution of these cases, Mr. Neff encountered with increasing frequency claims in which insurance companies had wrongfully denied or refused coverage to their own insureds. As a result of his successful handling of these cases, Mr. Neff has developed an expertise in prosecuting claims against insurance companies who wrongfully deny or refuse to provide coverage. Mr. Neff has prosecuted these cases since 1990, when Pennsylvania passed insurance laws in this area. Due to the efforts of Neff & Associates, more than 25 insurance carriers have been forced to honor claims that they originally denied.
